It has come to the attention of PHARMLINE MEDFORCE INC., the exclusive and duly authorized distributor of LAMELIN and PRETTY SKIN products in the Philippines, that several unauthorized sellers and online accounts have been engaging in the illegal and unlicensed distribution of the aforementioned products.

In particular, the following Instagram and Shopee accounts have been identified among others as unauthorized and unaccredited sources:

• k_wave
• SEOUL.MATE__
• pure365.ph
• One Click To Korea
• ShopForU.ph

Please be advised and cautioned that these sellers have no authority whatsoever to market, sell, or distribute any LAMELIN or PRETTY SKIN products within the territory of the Philippines. Any purchase made from these accounts is done at the buyer’s own risk and shall not be recognized or honored by Pharmline Medforce Inc. or by the brand owners.

For the avoidance of doubt, the only legitimate and authorized distributors duly appointed by Pharmline Medforce Inc. are the following:

The public is hereby warned that transacting with any unauthorized channel constitutes dealing with gray market products of uncertain origin, quality, and safety. Pharmline Medforce Inc. reserves the right to pursue all legal remedies against individuals or entities found to be distributing, marketing, or selling Lamelin or Pretty Skin products without proper authorization.

Rest assured that the Management is taking all necessary legal actions and exploring all available remedies to put an end to unauthorized distribution in order to protect the consuming public and uphold the integrity of our brands.
