Pharmline Medforce Renews Exclusive Philippine
Distributorship for Pretty Skin and Lamelin
Pharmline Medforce, Inc. has renewed its appointment as the exclusive distributor of Pretty Skin and Lamelin products in the Philippines. The renewal was formalized through Certificates of Appointment issued on August 11, 2026, by Lamelin Co., Ltd. and Prettyskin International Co., Ltd., both signed by CEO Jung Bung Sub, and remains valid for two years from the signing date.
What the Renewal Covers
Under the renewed appointment, Pharmline Medforce, Inc. remains the sole, authorized, and exclusive distributor of both Pretty Skin and Lamelin products within the entire territory of the Republic of the Philippines, with full rights to appoint, manage, and terminate sub-distributors, resellers, and agents.
Pharmline Medforce, Inc. is also authorized to market, promote, and distribute Pretty Skin and Lamelin products, and to use the official logos, trademarks, and brand assets of both brands strictly for business and promotional purposes.
To uphold the integrity and reputation of Pretty Skin and Lamelin in the Philippine market, Pharmline Medforce, Inc. is authorized to represent the brands in communications and actions necessary to protect them, including coordination with local authorities such as the DTI and FDA, and with online platforms, for the proper regulation of listings and the prevention of unauthorized sales or misrepresentation. All such actions are carried out in good faith and with prior notice to Lamelin and Prettyskin Korea, ensuring mutual cooperation and transparency.
