PrettySkin and Lamelin Philippines Hold First National
Train-the-Trainers Workshop for Business Partners

PrettySkin and Lamelin Philippines (PSL Philippines) held its first national train-the-trainers workshop on August 22 and 23, bringing together representatives from aesthetic and dermatology clinics across the country. The two-day National Business Partners' Train-the-Trainers Workshop drew partners from Metro Manila, Cagayan de Oro, Iloilo City, and Bacolod.

Why the Workshop Was Held

As PrettySkin and Lamelin grow their presence in different Philippine markets, PSL Philippines is putting more attention on what happens after products reach its partners. The workshop was designed to give business partners practical knowledge and tools they can use with their own teams and clients, in support of the partnership beyond distribution.

What the Program Covered

The sessions centered on four areas: product knowledge, customer consultation, communication, and business development. Participants worked through ingredient intelligence, the PrettySkin and Lamelin product portfolio, consultation skills, and sales excellence.

Technical learning was paired with practical discussions and case-based activities, giving participants the chance to apply product knowledge to realistic customer conversations and recommendations.

Tools for Use After the Workshop

Participants were also introduced to reference and support tools built to help them navigate the growing product portfolio. The tools are meant to be used in day-to-day work, so that what was learned during the two days carries over into clinics and teams.

Sharing Experiences From the Field

The workshop also made room for partners to compare notes. Coming from different cities and customer markets, participants discussed client needs, the realities of running aesthetic and dermatology businesses, and the opportunities they see in their respective areas.

The exchange worked in both directions. PSL Philippines delivered the training, and in return gained insight into how its brands and products are used, positioned, and communicated across different markets.
